Faeral Threads is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order.
All fees imposed during or after shipping — including tariffs, taxes, or import duties — are the responsibility of the customer.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.
If your order is significantly delayed or appears lost, please contact us at contact@faeralthreads.com, and we’ll assist you in tracking or resolving the issue.
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damage so we can work with the carrier to resolve it.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly during checkout.
We cannot redirect packages once they are in transit, and we are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Returns Due to Undeliverable Address
If a package is returned to us due to an undeliverable address or failure to claim, you will be responsible for any reshipping costs.
